Game Talks: Newcomers and Business

How do young game designers organize themselves if they want to put their own game on the market? Two extraordinary games with two different publication models will be presented: The game designers Binan Woll and Yasemin Günay of the Swiss company Koboldgames introduce their game “Journey of a Roach” which was published the “classic” way on DVD and via Steam-Online. The experimental film-maker Thorsten Fleischer of Klutzgames, Berlin, presents the game “Teslapunk” that uses a completely different marketing model by means of direct publishing an in-game trading.
Moderation: Beat Suter, René Bauer.

In cooperation with the City Library Stuttgart and the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK).
