Animationsinstitut der Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg
The Animationinstitut at Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg presents a selection of computer games and prototypes developed by students enrolled in the Interactive Media degree programme. This open-format, experimental programme enables students to learn from each other, as well as from industry experts who are brought in as required for specific projects. This results in a wide variety of projects, ranging from games and VR applications to interactive room installations.
The exhibition includes current diploma theses such as „Dorf“ and „Lost“, as well as projects from previous years such as „Fish of Zen“ and „The Bear“ (winner of the German Computer Game Award for Best Graphic Design), and much more from the students’ portfolios. In addition, there will be presentations from successful start-ups founded by alumni, such as Mucks! Games, who will present their latest developments.
