Popo, a curious but lonely six-year-old, fears she isn’t good enough for her anxious mother, who keeps her inside until she fits a “perfect” dress. Each failed fitting deepens Popo’s hurt and rejection, while her mother, shaped by a world that harshly judges women like them, is trying to protect her. When perfection finally breaks, they create a new dress together, imperfect but beautiful; healing their bond and allowing Popo to be loved as she is.
