Ann-Kathrin Gritzka has been working in the communication department at Film- und Medienfestival gGmbH since 2024.

She completed her bachelor’s degree in Media Publishing at Stuttgart Media University. She gained her first professional experience during her internship at Junges Ensemble Stuttgart, a theatre for children and young people.
