Since November 2023, Anna Vollmer has been working at Film- und Medienfestival gGmbH, initially as a trainee and subsequently as a junior project manager in the organisation department. Her responsibilities include managing the service hotline, ticketing and visitor management.

She studied Cultural and Media Education at the University of Education Ludwigsburg. She gained her first festival experience through an internship at Filmbüro Baden-Württemberg for the Indian Film Festival.
