Assistant to the directors, coordination of the Supervisory Board, shareholders and internal administrative processes

Carolin Koser has been working at Film- und Medienfestival gGmbH since July 2026. Following her vocational training, Carolin Koser initially worked in administration at the Dresden Academy of Fine Arts. After moving to Stuttgart, she joined the Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations in 2023, where she worked as an executive assistant. At Film- und Medienfestival gGmbH, Carolin Koser supports the management and carries out a wide range of tasks in the areas of organisation, administration and finance. Her responsibilities also include coordinating matters relating to the Supervisory Board and shareholders, as well as overseeing key internal processes and organisational procedures.
