Melis Isik has been with Film- und Medienfestival gGmbH since February 2019, initially as a trainee and later, in September 2019, as an Executive Assistant.

She is responsible for administration, particularly in the areas of back office, personnel management, data protection, IT, and managing applications and reports.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen. She gained practical experience during her internship as a cluster assistant in Data and Technology at MHP Management and IT Consulting GmbH and as a working student in office management.
