After completing her dual studies in business administration in Stuttgart, Nina Schmidt worked for 5 years at DaimlerChrysler tv.media GmbH, initially as assistant to the management and later as personnel manager. She has been employed by Film- und Medienfestival gGmbH since 2007, first as Head of Organization and after her parental leave in the area of Fundraising and Sponsoring.

Nina Schmidt is responsible for cooperation with sponsors and contributes to optimal guest management at events.
