Great atmosphere and open air cinema for free: The Festival Garden at the Schlossplatz offers the perfect opportunity for all those interested to catch a glimpse of the world of animated film – and all that free of charge.At 2 pm the family programme will show animated short films which will make you laugh and amaze you on a huge LED cinema screen. In the evenings you can watch current animated blockbusters and iconic films.All around our partner’s action areas there are several hands-on activities to be discovered. And if you get hungry during all this open air animation, don’t worry: The Festival garden is topped off with a large selection of meals and drinks.With the country focus on Hong Kong, ITFS will show the short film “Taste the Life” by Tsui Ka-hei, Haze on the large LED screen on May 1 at 7:30 pm. The artist’s VR installation “Prologue: The Fate of Assassins” will be presented at Kunstmuseum Stuttgart, where a dance performance to accompany the VR experience will take place daily at 5 pm.
