Carol and Eliza give an insight into the first TV series production of Blaue Pampelmuse, covering everything between research and development, creativity and streamlining the production. A challenging project, with the goal of finding their own style, from script to final image.
“Kito & Maja – The Dream Globe Tales” is a TV series produced in collaboration with RBB/MDR/NDR for ‘Sandmännchen’. It consists of 13 episodes, each 4 minutes long, and is a 3D/2D hybrid animation realised in Blender. It is based on fairy tales and legends of the Sorbs, a Slavic minority in eastern Germany.
