Kick-off Cinema Screening for COMIC CON Stuttgart 2025

What do ITFS and COMIC CON Stuttgart have in common? Of course: a love for fantasy, storytelling, and extraordinary characters. We celebrate this passion with a joint screening of BELLE, an anime by Mamoru Hosoda, inspired by “Beauty and the Beast”. Tickets for the screening, which will be presented by us, can be booked here. The film will not be shown in a traditional cinema setting, but on the “Star Stage” in the atrium of Messe Stuttgart.

Synopsis:

After the death of her mother, 17-year-old student Suzu lives a secluded life. One day, she enters the virtual world ‘U’, where she transforms into Belle, who rises to global fame as a singer. During one of Belle’s concerts, a warrior disguised as a terrifying beast interrupts the performance while being pursued by the authorities. Belle sets out to find the beast, both to uncover his identity and to discover herself.
