Panel: Told for Adults – The Untapped Power of Animation

Presenting adult animated series made in Germany: “Soul Shift”, “Task Force Querlitz” and “Friedefeld”. This panel makes the case for adult animation as a relevant, serious format for series and narration, suitable for all types of streaming platforms as well as linear television (TV stations). Using testimonials as well as editorial perspectives from ZDF and ARD, it shows how adult animation is currently positioned artistically, editorially, and economically.
