O!PLA – Focus on Poland
3. May, 0:00 - 16. May, 0:00
O!PLA FOCUS ON POLAND 2020 is the second part (the first was presented at ITFS 2020) of the unique programme presenting the winners of the 8th O!PLA Animation Festival (2020). As always the only jury at O!PLA was the audience; partly by traditional voting and partly by online voting (during the COVID-19 quarantine). O!PLA FOCUS ON POLAND 2020 is an amazing mix of techniques, styles, and emotions showing what in modern Polish animation is the best (O!PLA means ‘Oh! Polish Animation’, but also “Oh! People Love Animation”). The programme includes movies from 2019: student, professional, fully independent, and one music video from 2018. Starting off in 2013, O!PLA has consequently been growing in strength, but these things remain the same: independence and passion, which stand behind the O!PLA.
