After flash floods separate her from her family, 12-year-old Angie races across a submerged Nairobi, driven by the fear of being forgotten after the arrival of a new baby. Along the way, she meets 9-year-old Nzolo, a street-smart boy who is always playing an angle, turning every situation into an opportunity to survive. As they navigate the flooded city through games and unlikely adventures, the two form a sibling-like bond filled with bickering, play, annoyance and everything in between.
