Silke Kabisch has been working for the Film- und Medienfestival gGmbH since October 2006. From 1995 to 1998, Silke completed a postgraduate course in Cultural Management at the University of Education Ludwigsburg, from 1998 to 1999 she was assistant to Joachim Schlömer at the Basel Theatre and from 1999 to 2006 she worked at the Tanz- und Theaterwerkstatt in Ludwigsburg.
